Business Practices



1. What is your policy regarding customer privacy?

We never provide any other parties with access to your email address, postal address,
credit card number, or any other information that we may collect from you.


2. What is the average time from the placement of my order to the delivery of an order?

Most orders are shipped out within 14 days. You will be notified if your items are on backorder.


3. Will the customer be informed of problems with a delivery, and his options?

We will contact you as soon as we know your order will be delayed. The only reasons your order could be delayed is if your fragrance must be special-ordered, if your credit card is declined or if your check is returned, in which case we will contact you immediately for another card number or to make other payment arrangements.


4. How are the items normally delivered?

We ship via UPS and RDS.


5. Are there any other charges related to ordering electronically?

No. No additional fees are charged when placing an order electronically.


6. How may an order be cancelled?

Once your order is initially processed, it cannot be cancelled.


7. Are there any other terms applicable?

All sales are final.

For customer service and other information please call us at (513) 651-4200 or toll free at 1-800-733-0176, Monday through Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM EST. Any calls placed outside these hours will be transferred to our voicemail system and will be returned the next business day. We also are available 7 days a week via email at help@perfume-counter.com. We try to return email within the 2nd business day.
